At IN₹invester, we prioritize your privacy. We are designed to be a frictionless tool, meaning we collect very minimal information to operate the service.

• Local Storage Data: When you add an asset to your Watchlist, we store this preference in your browser's Local Storage (via Zustand persist). This data never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers.
• Cookies: We use minimal cookies to manage user preferences, such as your chosen theme (Light/Dark mode).
• Analytics: We may use generalized, anonymous analytics to understand how users interact with our calculators and news feed to improve the user experience. We do not track individual financial profiles.

2. Financial Data Privacy

We do not ask for, track, or store your personal financial data. All inputs you enter into the SIP, EMI, Lumpsum, or Inflation calculators are processed entirely on the client-side (in your browser). We do not save your inputted investment amounts, loan tenures, or assumed interest rates to any database.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide live market snapshots and curated news, IN₹invester interfaces with public APIs (e.g., Binance, Yahoo Finance). These third-party services provide data to us but we do not share any user-identifiable information with them.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time as we add new features (such as user authentication, if introduced in the future). Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
